Join us for the first event with featured Chef Chris Hastings of Hot and Hot Fish Club & Oven Bird in Birmingham, Alabama. Chris is an outdoorsman, author, James Beard Award winner and known for his true dedication to craftsmanship. Share in Chris’s love of cooking and hospitality in the intimate atmosphere of Blackfly Lodge as he prepares fresh local seafood, harvested hours earlier.
Participants will fish/fly fish the flats for a half day then come back to the lodge for a half day of cooking with Chef Hastings after collecting for a great ocean to table dining experience.
All fishing and wading equipment provided.
